πππ Happy Birthday North Bridlewood Junior Public School!! ππ π Together everyone achieve more - T E A M work Saturday November 19, 2016 - We celebrated the 50th Anniversary of North Bridlewood Jr. P S. It was an amazing experience to work with staff, students and parents to decorate our school. We used technology to create slide shows, movies, posters and collect information about the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and 2000s to decorate the classrooms. My classroom was decorated based on the history from the 1970s which I worked on with my collegues and wonderful students. These are some memories about our team work collections.
We were pleased to announce that my Grade 3/4 class organized a fund raising event with the help of parents. My students learned to count by 2's, 5's and 10's as well as played a Cashier and Counter game with real money. They also developed their mental math skills. π Hurray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!we collected about $ 450 within six weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!π
As community helpers, we have organized the Milkbag program in our school. Some of the church groups are collecting the Milkbags to make beds for families overseas who are without beds and often sleep on the damp ground. This is a caring way we can help children and their families around the world. We make this flyer to collect milkbags. An appreciation letter.
